    – Daniel: air popped popcorn, drizzled in smooth peanut butter (after microwaving it for 20 seconds) and sprinkled with a little salt

I’m lucky my son, who is 8 years old, actually enjoys eating healthy snacks that are mostly fresh fruit and veggies! His favourite snacks include apple slices with almond or peanut butter, carrot and celery sticks with homemade dips, homemade coconut bliss balls and the DJ&A Fruity Crisps and Crispy Beetroot Slices.

Thanks Angelique! That’s good that they are not fussy eaters, isn’t it. Especially Eden, it must be hard to find snacks that are both wheat and dairy free, and taste good at the same time.

My bub is dairy intolerant and she’s not a fan of fruit so finding dairy free snacks that she likes has been a challenge! I have recently stumbled across freeze dried fruit pieces (apple, pear, mango, strawberry) and we have found a winner! Apple and pear are her fave 😁
