The prices displayed on this Site are in Australian (AUD) dollars. Please note, prices and free shipping options are subject to change without notice.
Your order will be picked, packed and ready for dispatch within three business days. Order processing includes manually picking items from shelves, packing orders, creating and printing shipping labels. Processing time depends on the total number of orders that the warehouse receives on the day, size and content of your parcel, and product availability.
There are rare occasions when there could be delays with your order, in this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and discuss the best option for you.
Please note, we are closed on the weekends and Australian public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a shipping carrier. If you haven’t received any correspondence from us, either log in to your account so you can find it next to your order, call us on 1300 480 255 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

All postage fees are calculated automatically by Australia Post at the Checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders above $80.00 going to the same address for retail customers, and on orders above $165.00 going to the same address for wholesale customers in Australia.
Order cancellation by Just Snacks
We reserve the right to cancel your order based on our discretion. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund and explanation as to why we are unable to process your order.
Payments can be made by Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay or Bank Transfer. Please note, AfterPay and Bank Transfer payment methods only available for Australian customers.
If you ordered products by mistake and would like to return them, you must return them in the same condition that you received them – unopened and undamaged. Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the day of delivery. You must pay return shipping and $20.00 return fee. Please understand that it takes time to process refunds and allocate products back to the shelves. In addition, Australia Post or Star Track charges us return fee. So please order products carefully.
We are not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the delivery date. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by couriers during transit. Sometimes boxes can be damaged but the products inside will not be affected.
