PRICING POLICY

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Australian (AUD) dollars. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later). Please note, Afterpay is only available for Australian consumers.

SPECIALS 

From time to time we run Specials which are subject to change without notice.

Some times we have overstock of certain products that we would like to move, or other times we clear products coming to the end of Best Before date.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All postage fees are calculated automatically by Australia Post at the checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders above $80.00 for retail customers, and on orders above $150.00 for wholesale customers in Australia.

DELIVERY TIMES

The easiest way to see how long it would take for your parcel to be delivered is to use Australia Post Delivery Times Calculator.

PICK UP

Pick up is available from our warehouse at Pymble, NSW. Please contact us to advise suitable time so we will leave your parcel at a Reception for you. We are open from Mondays through to Fridays between 9am and 5pm.

Our address is Unit G26, 1 Suakin Street, Pymble NSW 2073.

If you choose Pick Up option, the system will automatically charge you for shipping. Please call us on 1300 480 255 or email admin@justsnacks.com.au should you wish to pick up your order, and we will process refund for shipping back to you.

RETURN POLICY

Any stock delivered to you in faulty or damaged and unusable condition will be replaced at no charge or refunded by Just Snacks Pty Ltd. Just Snacks Pty Ltd is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location, or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the delivery date.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If stock for an ordered item is unavailable, we may cancel your order (or part of your order) and refund the purchase price to you, or offer you similar replacement prior to dispatch.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. As of 11th of January 2016, we use Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries. You will receive an automated email-confirmation from our system when your order is dispatched. You will then receive another automated email from Australia Post system advising your tracking number. If you haven’t received an email from us or from Australia Post, please check your Spam folder, or contact us on 1300 480 255.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine the additional costs will be prior to buying.
