Don’t starve yourself and have healthy snacks in between meals

It’s commonly held amongst nutritionists and doctors that grazing throughout the day is a much healthier means of getting your daily calorie intake than sitting down to two or three large meals over the course of the day. That doesn’t mean that you should pig out all day on fatty foods, pastries or chocolates. That’s a great way to pack in over 5,000 calories in a day, pack on the weight, and feel terrible and exhausted every evening.
